Ride a plane and the second it touches down bells and beeping is all you hear,I see couples out together sitting at a restaurant table looking at their phones, I have seen young children with them trying to talk to their Mama or their Daddy but no luck, too busy looking at their phones. I am pretty sure that if the technology was available 42 years ago and I had taken my future Wife on a date and stared at my phone that she would have left and called a cab and never answered another call from me, as would serve anyone right who does it. I can't believe the rudeness of some people, no way are they that much in demand that they have to spend every waking moment talking or texting. The technology and internet are tools, there is a lot of business to be conducted with a smart phone or tablet but there is a whole lot more facebook posting and checking going on as well, what could be more boring than reading someones every move and what type of ego does it take to think anyone cares to start with.
