I have no real experience with it but from looking at that picture that is 1 of 2 things.
1) The tractor squats low like that for easy operator enter or exit. They been doing that for years with construction equipment making it to where the cab goes lower to the ground.
2) A more likely explanation is the tractor adjust to ride level in side hill work.
Look at the front end. It has a hydraulic cylinder on each side between the top and bottom A frame.
