I'm working on putting the engine in my 400 today and wanted to check to make sure the rack was loose. Took the cover off and the rack moves freely, but does not move when you move the throttle lever. If you put just a little pressure on it it moves with the throttle in and out. But left alone it sticks all the way out and doesn't move no matter what you do with the throttle. I'm wondering if this is right or if I have a problem? Anyone know for sure?
