mini Kubota needs clutch

We have just bought a little Kubota 6000. It was pulled out of hood-high weeds. It started right up and has a 4 ft. brushhog behind it. Since then we have painted it and put the original stickers back on. It runs like a charm but sounds like the throw-out bearing has gone out. The clutch still works but makes a knocking noise. Does anyone know what is involved in the repair and the appox. cost?
