I bet Ford Man is correct. The TO 20 Fergy would have "Z120..." on the OHV Continental motor. The TO 30 would start "Z129...." Also, the Fergies had a plate riveted to the dash with the serial number on it which will xref to the model and year. To my knowledge they were all four speed.
