I post ads on craigslist often. Get my share of scammers or spammers. I put in my ads "calls only " . After a while, a person can recognize a "generic" response from text. If a text is worded to sound legitimate I will respond. Others get deleted. I feel someone calling is more personal and serious inquiry. Never leave email any more. Had an issue where some scum bag hijacked my email address and was putting up bogus ads with my email info. C/l can be good or bad.
