well well, you are going backwards. those must be pretty old tires if they are coming apart. any vehicle tire will out last an implement tire. also... an implement tire is good for only 25 mph. get some more truck tires.they have more plys and stronger tire. AND... is it a disc or a harrow drawbar. don't know what a disc harrow is. its two different implements. pretty sure implement tires don't come that big anyhow. 670 x 15 was the most common implement tire.
