I would make a list, go to the john deere, Mahindra and kobota dealers and see what they offer. I can tell you with no more land than you have a 5 foot mower would be better, bigger the mower bigger the tractor has to be. . lot easier to handle than a big mower. look at a front ASSIST tractor. sure gets around better especially when its wet. cab would be nice but I would forget about ac. gets that hot you need to stay inside anyway. best advice is do your HOME WORK, don't get in a HURRY and BUY just what you need for the land you have. I maintain my 28 acres with a 960 ford, 50 horsepower tractor. a kabota 30 horsepower will probably out work mine. these newer tractors although with less horse power are better than the old tractors. Don't go over board and wastes a lot of money you don't need to. good luck on what ever you do. post back after your new purchase.
