Hi, Mike, fellow Albertan, not quite as old as you mentioned, but I have, and use every winter, [and a little in the summer], a 1966 Mercury 3/4 ton, 360 motor. Restored this unit twenty some years ago, have used it to feed cows in the winter for the past fifteen. Has an electricaly operated winch that lifts and lowers a bale "spear", of my own design,used to haul one round bale at a time. Have thought about using a four wheel drive to do the job, but, the old girl still runs great, and I would have to put out some serious coin for a another one, so.... Have a gooder, R.E.L.
