Finding that knobby tread now would be very hard to do. Those tires were extra cost on those garden tractors and David Bradly had went to a 15" wheel by 1954 so ant tires from them would be at least 65 years old. If he has enough sidewall clearance he could use a moden size car tire to pull it from the scrap tire pile at dealer that is without enough tread to be on road.
