Hey Phil, sending prayers your way. But try not to stress too much. There are SSOOO many things that can cause what you describe; seasonal allergies, mold allergies, common cold (usually other symptoms though), stress, and something that's common for me, a pinched nerve in the neck. Lots more reasons also.
Best medicine I know of is to rest, relax, maybe talk the wife into a nice neck & back massage, soothing music (or maybe the soothing sounds of a tractor pull), and anything else that relaxes you.
