It gets curiouser and curiouser. It appears the tires are Specialty Tires of America "Traxion Cleat R-1". Specialty Tires is a real company that claims to make its tires in the US. But according to their website, they don't make R-1 tires in 11.2-28 or 13.6-28 sizes.
I suppose it's possible Wally World got stuck with a few discontinued tires. But I'm pretty sure big retailers like Walmart insist their suppliers agree to take back unsold merchandise.
I'd be tempted to place an order and see what happens.
