As someone else commented, its feast or famine here. We cursed the rain for years when it was nothing but bad roads and muddy fields. Of course we knew it wouldn't last. Now we get the famine. I'm out seeding my last field of oats this morning. I'd pre-worked it back in late April so its plenty dry and dusty on top but I can get the oats down into very good moisture as it is black chem fallow. Pretty good chance it will produce a crop. The other fields I don't know. The early wheat is up. I doubt we will see the canola unless it rains and there is none in the long term forecast. But we know how accurate they are.
