I am just outside Tulsa, thankfully far from the river. Problem is Keystone lake is at the bottom of a large watershed that includes allot of Kansas. Kansas is still getting rain even though we are dry and they are saying even without any more rain it could take the Arkansas river a month to drain back to normal.
As of today Keystone is receiving more runoff than they are letting out. When the lake gets a couple feet higher they will be forced to let out more than it is taking in which will make it even worse for the ones down stream. Going to be a long drawn out ordeal for many.
