Off Topic,but I gots a puter prob........

Heres my problem.i cant get my fonts to do right on my computer.Example,on YT,the part up top that say "YESTERDAYS TRACTORS" will be in one font,but if I scroll dowl past that and go back up it changes to what I have it set for.DOes it on any browser and any board.Its also like that on the active and inactive title bars.If I have an active title bar up it has the right font but an inactive title bar will show the wrong fant even though I have it set the same as the active.It also does that on the task bar as well.Any clues as to what wrong?
