They're working on the lighter ground to the north of me. The guy next to me is doing things in the mud. Might be dry enough by mid-week to do something here but the insurance deadline is tomorrow for full coverage. My ground is not good from the standpoint if it starts going to dry and hot from here on in. The crops need to root in while the temps are in the 60's as the ground does not readily harden at those temps. Most of my competition has resources many times over in terms of tractors and drivers while I have just one tractor for my tillage tools. They can bang in 250-300 acres in a fairly short day while it takes me the better part of two weeks to do that.
