I had a full inspection of my International tri-axle dump truck. After a half hour the inspector was telling me how good my truck was. Another fifteen minutes he was so happy with my truck he was getting giddy and told me that I was going to get a sticker. Another ten minutes and he was done, but as he was finishing up his report he noticed a broken weld. He told me that it was OK, he had to report it but that I was still getting my sticker. A gentleman.
