Sorry for a general answer, the best tractor for a mounted picker would be one that you don't use for anything else so you don't take it off.
We use a New Idea picker on our 460, real fun to put on, We have problems with the tractor running hot. It handles it fairly well.
A 90+ hp tractor seems a little big to put in a picker to me, that might be because our big tractor is an 806
