Working on a JD 5103, the 3 point is stuck in the up position, this is the 3rd time this has happened in about 7-8 years. The last time was about a year ago. After the 1st time I replaced the hydraulic oil and filter. I have been pulling out the valve and cleaning it and putting it back together, everything works for a while. Should I replace the valve? I don't understand why this keeps happening. This tractor does not get many hours of use annually. Need Help. Thanks
