The Wico type "X" magneto was standard equipment for tractors sn: 598519-659289. Prior to sn: 598519, tractors were equiped with Wico type "C" magnetos (sn 488000-598518). After sn 659289, a Wico type "XD" DISTRIBUTOR, which looks like a magneto, was offered until sn 662873. After sn 662864, the Delco Remy Distributor was offered. The adoption of the Delco Remy was in mid 1950, although I had thought it came in April and not June.
