I had a similar thing happen, different scenerio. Me and my friends were riding 4 wheelers in Livingston Ky where we had for years ,about 15. Anyway we pulled of a trail and went down the way to a clearing there sat about 6 US marshalls. They said someone had complained about offroad traffic and that we were on a public highway. Anyhow I would love to see the judge and jury drive their cars through there. I have a 2001 Honda rancher and it looks like its been through the ringer, on these trails. I took my ticket paid it to somewhere in Geogia. They did inform me that if I didn't pay they would have a marshall come by. I pay plenty of taxes for their salary and to maintain these places. I wonder where it will end.
