When you go to court, insist that the person who made the charge---NOT THE COP WHO TICKETED YOU---but the person who complained. Insist that that person testify. Write down who they are. Afterward, diligently hunt for insignificant things to call the cops on them and complain about. Are they illegally parked (even briefly) on the street? Are they burning trash? Is their yard unsightly and needing mowing? ALso, remember, the DHS does not require evidence or facts regarding compaints about CHILD ABUSE, and will respond to anonymous phone calles placed from payphones! I suggest that you arm yourself with a new copy of the city code, and make judicious use of it! Remember: "I can cause accidents too, you know! Just try and keep out of my way, just try---I'll get you my pretty, and your little dog too!"
