local guy owns a sawmill. moves it 15 miles to get it closer to the new site. leftover is piles of slabwood stacked, and the usually grist of stored usable machinery. has 100 acres. new folks buy subdivisions all around and across the street and begin to complain daily. man is cited and finally arrested. I {GO ME} meet this man 2 weeks before his trial. seeing as his land is still zoned agricultural, we mend the fence on the entire 100 acres, put in a electric wire 10 inches off the ground, and guess what? 100 HAWGS! not no namby-pamby piglets, full sized stinking porkers. settlement reached asap, case dismissed.
