Check to make sure the clutch pedal only goes down 1/4 to 1/2 in. to take up the slack befor starting to disingage the clutch. Also if the pedal is adjusted correctly, the disk might be frozen to the flywheel(if cold enought) if warm then maybe rusted but you should be able to brake it loose buy driving it. If the pedal goes down with out any forse needed it might have got loose (the bolt that clamps it) Need more info dose the pedal go down? ECT. Put it in 4th gear while the engine is off and rock it while someone holds the clutch pedal down that might break it free. Mark H.
