% condition also refers to condition of idlers. Idlers - especially front and rear on bottom can have as much as 1/4" of material wore off. Also, I have seen the flanges on the bottom rollers-esp. front and rear wore right through. Also important is whether or not pins and bushings have been turned a quarter turn yet, and wear on track chain that runs on rollers. Also check rollers for flat spots caused by rollers not turning.
