Sone of you fellas have commented on the slowness of bringing up pictures. Takes forever. If you have access to a cable service, It would be worth your while to investigate it. I never wait more than a second to bring up a pic.In fact, if I click on something that takes more than five seconds it is usually one of those reset pages, now after about three seconds I just hit the stop button. I can fly around these web sites.I have Charter Communications. My son in law, IBM geek, did some upgrading on my puter, but I think the cable hookup was worth it, I don't have to pay for a second phone line or have to worry about tying up the primary line. He gave me all the specs on it. I, of course, looked like I new what he was talking about. But, as near as I can figure it is at least ten times faster than the phone hookup. Hope it may help some of you. Just my 2 cents worth. If you have any questions about upgrading, Prices are really cheap now and believe me it makes a big difference in your puter. If you want some questions answered be as detailed as possible. Some of these up grades, such as adding more memory is easy to do. I see flags saying this will take 15 minutes to download. I get it in seconds. PS: Don't use your N money for it. I think, because of the larger memory I am able to get on chat lines and talk over the computer. The quality is perfect and I can listen to music while reading your posts. This would be a great feature to have, if it is possible, added to this chat room. I am long winded, as evidenced here, long on questions and short on understanding so this would help me, I know. I am working on a ViaVoice where I can dictate directly to any application that I want. As soon as I get that down pat I am going to use that feature. Artie doesn't like me typing too long. Sorry about the long wind. oslofile in NC use email if you want to contact me. I am not selling anything.

Third Brush Generators - by Chris Pratt. While I love straightening sheet metal, cleaning, and painting old tractors, I use every excuse to avoid working on the on the electrics. I find the whole process sheer mystery. I have picked up and attempted to read every auto and farm electrics book with no improvement in the situation. They all seem to start with a chapter entitled "Theory of Electricity". After a few paragraphs I usually close the book and go back to banging out dents. A good friend and I were recently discussing our tractor electrical systems when he stated "I figure it all comes back to applying Ohms Law". At this point
