My brother had his 1950 FWA with a 6-18 plow down on my river bottom yesterday. He has his muffler on for extended work plus he wears ear protection and he turns his hearing aids off. (Too many hours on a 1950 back in the 60s is why he wears hearing aids.) We were shining up a couple plows for a plow day with several cousins that we are planning for Friday. He'll be on his 1950, I will have my 880 diesel with a 4-16 pull type, a cousin is bringing his 806 gas and he'll pull my Case 5-16 semi mount, another cousin with I think a Cockshutt 30, and another cousin with a 3020. Maybe more - we'll see who shows up. It will be fun if we can keep the rain away.
