how lucky you are to have a piece of your fathers life like that. My gran pap was a cowboy on the rodeo circuit and a motor cycle mechanic during WW II. After he died the only two things I would have wanted from him was the pack saddle he used when went up into the mountains or the harley he rode before he got too weak to hold it up. The harley is gone and I did get 1 picture of it and I never did find the saddle. We were both about the same size and knowing I ride, my grandma saw to it I got his leather chaps and jacket. now when I ride...I think about him all the time. Hang on to that memeory of your father all your days and pass it on as your legacy. Sounds like have the only tractor he ever bought new. Should be a labor of love restoring the ol girl.
