Buda engine info

During the process of having a WD45 head examined by a city-based head rebuilder, I was shown a '27 Buda four hole flathead with a 4 and 9/16ths bore that some old guy had brought in for a rebuild; these two guys haven't a clue as to where to get started finding guides or valves. I suggested I may be able to solicit advice on this forum; what do you guys think? Any ideas on model, parts availability, etc.
