Well... I wonder if that means I can give deputy Fife a ticket for parking in my field driveway waiting to give some poor fella a speeding ticket? One neighbor, probably 5-10 years ago got a ticket from a cop that pulled out of his field road. The next week the wrecker had to come for the squad since he had backed all 4 tires over spike tooth drag sections laid upside down. Local law tried to make him pay for the tires, but didn't succeed. I don't think they ever parked there again, although it's a driveway now. ---Steve NW WI
