Blowing something like that out of proportion, arresting 6 year olds for pointing a finger and saying "bang", expelling kinder gardeners for hugging a teacher, arresting a teacher for returning the hug...
That type nonsense sends the message to kids and parents that this world is at a total loss of common sense, that normal, every day, harmless behavior gets punished, and the bad stuff is unstoppable, that the powers that be are clueless, their efforts at policing are ineffective.
Take God out of the schools, or anywhere for that matter, guess who rushes in to replace Him!
