I would just take it to your local Case IH, Deere, or MF dealer. I had a real old disk with a similar problem, took it to the local JD dealer, he found it was an old IH, but the matched to parts up none the less, and they were actually cheaper. Chances are it was a name-brand disk and most of the old ones were very similar. Good luck!
