Here is 3 junkyard and rebuilders of everything truck from pickups to semi's.

Any or all of them should have something that will fit or parts or rebuilt for yours. All three are in Grand Rapids MI. Could also try inland Truck parts. I have dealt with the store in Wichita KS 25 years ago. They have places in more areas than just KS.
