I have one on my 1963 truck- It may not be technically legal- but it helps (along with that hitch) to keep those distracted phone and text addicted "drivers" from ploughing into me. That and the ultra bright pulsating L.E.D. third brake light I added in the rear cross-member PTO tunnel!
No tickets yet, but with 4.70:1 gears and an anemic 2.25 litre diesel engine, it rarely gets over 40mph....
