Funny that the original post here didn't even mention lawyers. Well, we can flame and blame lawyers all we want but they are a necessary part of things these days, and have been forever actually. So whining and complaining about that part of the topic (well the amount they charge for their services) is senseless. And yes, I've probably made some negative comments myself at times about them.
As for George and his posts, I think he just likes to stir the pot and get the YT crowd in an uproar, some guys enjoy doing that. I'd say George is one of those guys. He has a tendency to brag about some of his projects that he knows are dangerous. One thing though about accidents is that in any situation, close your eyes and imagine the most bizarre and dangerous thing imaginable actually happening (along with the injury and deaths that could result). Then open your eyes and realize it can happen and probably has somewhere.
The moral to the story, be as safe as possible and have lots of liability insurance.
