That may be true, although I would not expect a lip to be that significant, especially on a dry sleeve engine, and on .040 sleeves it is supposed to be only a slight flare at the top.
The other measurement I am using to come to the conclusion of .090 sleeves is that according to the linked post, the block bore for .040 sleeves is 3.287 and for .090 sleeves is 3.387. The measurement I got for this is 3.387, the exact number from the other post for .090 sleeves. Can anyone else confirm these numbers?
