Many years ago I bought a used gas refrigerator & hooked it up to lp gas. Burner didn't burn right so I had to adjust the air & maybe the gas too. I found out later that it was set up for natural gas. So I was able to get the orifice for lp & re adjusted the burner so the flame was nice & blue with no red. But now it gives off a bad odor if I try & use it. Would cleaning the chimney help?
