Wendel, get that meter warmed up and make sure you are on the DC volts setting,the AC setting will cause goofy readings with dc voltage. Those readings are much too high and I dought all your charging systems are going bonkers. Almost has to be a meter problem. the temp compensator built into some regulators will only bump the voltage up less than 1 volt.
