Here is another possible culprit based on bleeding the cylinders. Did you disconnect any of the lines? If so, if these lines use a disconnect, one or more may not be completely seated. I've experienced this on one of my tractors as well as a hyd driver chipper. The line looks good but isn't fully seated. Its possible the supply is good, pressed up the cylinder for initial movement but then dead headed and stopped. This would also explain why only the loader is inop. Just a thought.
