Wrong. If you called DNR they do not have a clue about conservation laws two different agency's and one has little or nothing to do with the other. I know the conservation laws because I was a hut safety instructor and to be one you had to learn a good many of the conservation laws. Also due to mining creek gravel I found out a good bit about DNR and they change there laws often.
As for freedom of speech that is a 2 way street and when one get to the point of slandering a person that right in no longer there and calling me a lier as in saying I do not know what I am talking about if a form of slander
