Lever at LH side of steering pedestal is the transmission disconnect clutch. Pull it back and it's supposed to latch in the "disconnect" position until little round knob by your left shin is pulled rearwards to release it. Pull rearwards on the disconnect lever to take pressure off of the release knob mechanism so knob can be pulled, then allow disconnect lever to return forward to engage the disconnect clutch.
PTO clutch is the lever at the right side of the steering pedestal.
