The list under the picture is wrong. Eisenhower didn't wear 5 stars until Dec 20, 1944. The short stout 2 star to the right of Ike was Johnny Walker who was later killed in Korea while commanding the 8th Army. Patton is partially hidden behind the civilian's head. Tall, helmit with stars, light colored coat. Patton always showed up with lots of stars. King George VI once counted 22 stars on Patton. That picture was probably taken at one of the stalags near the end of the war.
