I used the knee-high Tingleys for my entire farming career, up until the geniuses at Tingley decided to replace the 17" rubber boots with 15" PVC boots. the PVC don't even qualify as a poor excuse for a replacement. they are stiff, and I have bought 3 pair of new shoes, trying to find something that will slip inside the PVC, and come back out w/o taking my shoe off with the boot. baby powder doesn't help either. so, as of now, I'm wearing my last pair of racing slick tread 17" Tingleys, and keeping my tire patch kit on standby to try and make them last as long as possible.
