Complain to your consumer protection or public utilities board. I had a problem with Frontier. (1 of many) The phone was so scratchy you couldn't hear anything but static. It was like trying to listen to AM radio during an electrical storm. This went on for over two weeks. Had to use my cell phone to contact state board of ag trade & consumer protection after reporting problem to Frontier again and again after them not showing up. Problem fixed within 2 day! Also received letter from Frontier regional manager that if there was any other problem to contact him driectly.
