I have a Case 1740 uniloader I bought used. The previous owner had it since new. Unfortunately, he decided somewhere along the way to repaint it, and I now do not have the serial number for the machine, and cannot find it on the machine any where.
Does anybody now where it may be located? I have looked where the owners manual says it should be, but no luck. I have heard the serial number is usually located in two different places on any machine, or certain machines. Is that the case with this one?
