nice looking building but you will need to allow for an air flow through it. if you don't that roof will have a problem with moisture at certain times of the year. if screws were used and put in right then there should not be any leaks from the rain. you might ask around about putting a moisture barrier in for your floor to keep it from sweeting during the summer. i did mine and it never has had a problem.
