Have you purchased a new camera or phone? If yes, photos are likely to be at higher pixels - so would then exceed the upload limit of YT.
Secondly, did it show a number for the upload? Files uploaded: 1...or 2, 3, etc. Because the photo will show to you on your screen, BEFORE it is actually uploaded. You need to wait for the Files Uploaded to show the number of uploads, before hitting Submit.
Otherwise maybe just a hangup of this site? I tried to upload a pic recently and it failed. But tried again a few minutes later and it uploaded just fine.
Upload one or more videos to your post. Photo and video filesizes should be less than 5MB. Formats allowed are gif, jpg, png, ogg, mp4, mov, and avi. Be sure to use filenames without spaces or special characters, and filetypes of 3 digits lower case.
