I have gout. took a long time to get it diagnosed .an attack will just come out of the blue. wake up in the morning and you wont be able to stand on your foot. just like a million needles poking you. had that last 3 weeks at a time. barely able to walk.it is caused by excess uric acid in your blood that has not been expelled. then this forms tiny crystals and that is what causes all the pain. I have one toe by my big toe that is the same size as the big one due to the cause of gout. I now take allopurinol as a medication. have not had an attack for about 2 years now. red meats and organ meats are the worst thing to eat. shrimp and herring and sardines are bad. alcohol is bad, glucose fructose very bad, plus sugar. kind of have to feel out what works for you. its your body that is not processing the uric acid so you need to get on allopurinol. it gets the ucid under control.

After a few paragraphs I usually close the book and go back to banging out dents. A good friend and I were recently discussing our tractor electrical systems when he stated "I figure it all comes back to applying Ohms Law". At this point
