The hydraulics worked before the rebuild but I restored the tractor so I rebuilt it like the engine. The orings I took out had just flattened after looking at them closer so round is what needs to be in there. The pump is new and after putting it back together for the 4th time it still will only build 650ish psi. It will pick up a back blade at first very slowly then after a half dozen lifts or so wouldnt pick it up at all. I'm at a loss any more advice would be appreciated
