He sent pics from his phone to your computer? Was that using email?
Depending on how the pics were sent, sometimes they are simply very small files. Hover your mouse over the pic. A small screen should appear, and the last line should say what the Size is. If it's under 100KB, that's pretty small.
In any case, you can save it to your hard drive (saving to Desktop is likely easiest) and then open the pic using Paint. Once open, you can click on Select, choose All, then click on Resize (just to the right of Select). If not already chosen, select Percentage. Both boxes below that will show 100, for 100% size. Change either number and hit enter -- start by making the number 150. If it's not too blurry and you want to go bigger, then hit the back arrow (takes you back to original size) and then Resize to 180 or whatever you want to try. When you get it where you like it, hit the Save icon (very top-left and looks like a floppy disk).
Upload one or more videos to your post. Photo and video filesizes should be less than 8MB. Formats allowed are gif, jpg, png, ogg, mp4, mov, and avi. Be sure to use filenames without spaces or special characters, and filetypes of 3 digits lower case.
